Goal #1: Create a year-long training and development curriculum for fee-funded student leaders that will educate them on university process, resources, and leadership development. Purpose of Assessment Activity Method The purpose of this assessement is to: Post-assessment of XLR through a Baseline gauge success of improvements and survey; Post-assessments of XLM meetings changes made to the curriculum, measure through Baseline; End of year focus groups the depth of community that is built between and within fee-funded organizations, and to determine effectiveness of the Personal Development Plan. Purpose of Assessment Activity The purpose of the assessment is to: gauge discovery and understanding of their strengths; see how strengths shape their leadership approach; determine if they apply this approach to improved management of their organizations.
