Creating an inclusive and accessible environment, the Center for Student Involvement provides meaningful and diverse
learning opportunities to impact student success. Students will gain a sense of self and strong interpersonal skills, while
becoming responsible and engaged citizens in their community.
Through innovation and creativity, CSI will become a nationally recognized model for enriching the lives of students through
the facilitation of exceptional programs and services.
Goal #1: Create a year-long training and development curriculum for fee-funded student leaders that will educate them on
university process, resources, and leadership development. (DSAES #1d)

Purpose of Assessment Activity
Method
The purpose of this assessement is to:
Post-assessment of XLR through a Baseline
gauge success of improvements and
survey; Post-assessments of XLM meetings
changes made to the curriculum, measure through Baseline; End of year focus groups
