系別 轉系條件與審查標準 一、平轉標準: 餐旅管理學系 1. 每學期學業平均成績及格。 2. 每學期操行成績皆在 75 分(含)以上。 3. 申請學生需備妥下列資料:簡歷、在校歷年成 績單正本、社團或特殊才能相關資料影本。 4. 安排面試,並經本系系務會議審核通過。 5. 入學後將依不同操作課程需著指定服裝,並遵 守專業服裝儀容標準;另配合課程規劃需至業 界實習六個月。 二、降轉標準:與平轉標準相同。 Department The requirements and criteria of accepting students’ applications for transferring I. Transferring to the same grade level: 1. The average semester grade of each semester is passing. 2. The conduct score of each semester is not lower than 75. 3. The applicant shall submit the following documents for application: a resume, an original copy of official transcript, photocopies of previous experience in participation in student clubs, or other relevant proofs of special skills or talents. 4. Applicants shall attend an interview held by the Departmental Department of Hospitality Management Affairs Council, and their applications shall be scrutinized and approved by the Departmental Affairs Council. 5. The dress code is mandatory for some courses or academic activities. Students are required to wear the designated attire and adhere to the professional dress etiquette. Students are also required to undertake a six-month off-campus internship. II. Transferring to a lower grade level: the requirements and criteria are the same as those applicable to transferring to the same grade level. Note: In the event of any dispute or misunderstanding as to the interpretation of the language or terms of the Guidelines, the Chinese language version shall prevail. 1
