IMEX will host you for ONE night on a room only basis on Wednesday, 22nd May 2012, for any further nights you may want to spend in Frankfurt, you

TERMS AND CONDITIONS – CANCELLATION POLICY
Re Credit Card Details:
Any Cancellation as of 3 weeks out of The European Meetings and Events Conference 2013 date will incur a cancellation charge of 100 Euro.
Any Cancellation between The European Meetings and Events Conference 2012 and IMEX will incur a cancellation charge of 100 Euro.
Any no-show at either The European Meetings and Events Conference 2012 or IMEX or both will incur a cancellation charge of 100 Euro.
Note: Extenuating circumstances will be taken into account along with appropriate documentation.
Terms and Conditions:
Travel and accommodation to attend The European Meetings and Events Conference 2013 are at the participant’s own expense.
MPI student membership is a criterion for acceptance on the programme. The applicant’s student membership must be fully active at both the time of
registration and the time of the events. Student membership shall be available to those individuals enrolled in a post-secondary academic program.
Participants are expected to attend both The European Meetings and Events Conference 2013 and IMEX FLF 2013 as part of the sponsorship
agreement. IMEX is responsible for co-coordinating your participation including flights and accommodation (room only) for attendance of the IMEX FLF
2013. IMEX will only accept one application form per participant. In the event of more than one application per participant being received, only the first
application will be accepted. Incomplete or illegible registration forms will not be accepted for consideration. All sections of the application form must be
fully completed. Failure to do so could result in the form being rejected.
AGREEMENT
Please note that by completing and signing this registration form you adhere to the cancellation and payment terms and you authorize
MPI to publish your contact information (name, address) on the registration list to all program attendees.
