For Summer Internships Grants
The Research Circle on Democracy and Cultural Pluralism invites applications from
students in the Social Sciences and Humanities for Democracy summer internship grants.
The Circle may award as many as three summer internships of $3,500 each. Internships
must involve work directly related to the mission of the Research Circle, as defined on
our website at http://www.brandeis.edu/departments/politics/researchcircle/index.html.
Applications must include a.) a copy of the letter or email to the applicant from the
organization establishing that the internship has been secured; b.) a clear statement of the
work to be carried out during the internship, how it addresses the mission of the Research
Circle; c) whether/how much funding will be provided by the sponsoring or other
organization; and, c.) a letter/email of recommendation from a member of the Brandeis
faculty sent directly to Professor Burg.

administrator of the Politics Department (colocour@brandeis.edu).
The DEADLINE for applications is Friday, April 8.
