Cap and gown
Do I need it? Yes, all students must wear an approved cap and gown to participate in the
commencement ceremony.
How do I get? You’ve missed the chance to order it on campus. You can order on line at
balfourgrad.com or at a Balfour store. The closest location to most of us is at 11665 Fuqua St. E500,
Houston 77034. Their phone number is 281-464-8400. The price is $42 plus tax and shipping fee.
When do I get it? It will be delivered to the school Tuesday, May 10.
Graduation announcements, letter jackets not awarded by the district, and other senior accessories are
also sold by Balfour.
Senior Panoramic Pictures
Do I need it? Only if you want it. We took a panoramic picture in the fall. We will take another wearing
cap and gown on Wednesday, May 11, at 8:15 am in the student parking lot on the Jones campus. Prices
start at $25. The photo orders are placed when the photo is taken. Photos are usually delivered within
two days.
Yearbook
Do I need it? No, but your senior photo is in it, as well as many other memories. It can be purchased for
$60 in room 308.
Prom
Do I need to go? No, but it is the celebration of your accomplishments so far. High school graduation is
only the beginning, but you’ve been working on this since you were five years-old!
When and where is it? Saturday, May 7, from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am at The Westin Galleria Hotel. More
details to come.
Sounds good. How do I get tickets? Tickets are available for $100 in Room 308. Tickets will be $120 at
the door the night of prom. But, special price deals are offered daily!

I want the photographer who took my yearbook photo to take more photos of me. You can contact her

I like my yearbook photo. Can I buy it? Yes, for $30 you can have an electronic copy. You can use it any
way you want. You can buy it in Room 308. We will email it to you or put it on your flash drive.
Graduation Announcements

2016 at 4:00 pm. Graduates should arrive at 3:00 pm. It should last about an hour.

know soon when they will be delivered to campus.
