We are currently up to $51,000 in I Heart Kolter!!! Very exciting news, but
with only 40% of the school participating so far, we still have a ways to go to
reach our goal of 100%. No amount is too small, and all of the money goes
toward making our school a better place for our kids.
This week’s I Heart Kolter entry is brought to you by our very creative
Magnet Coordinator, Kevin Anderson:
I Heart Kolter because…
When you walk around the school
The feeling you get is cool
The vibe makes you feel so warm
You just know it is the norm
You will always see a smile
And some kids with incredible style
Our students are very blessed
With teachers who perform the best
We have experiences and events abound
You won’t find any better around
And you know my favorite part?
This entire community is filled with HEART!
The Cougar Express is published once a week on Tuesdays. To submit articles, please e-mail the information for approval by the Thursday prior to
the issue of interest to Steven Shetzer at sshetzer@houstonisd.org .
