New Faculty Checklist
If you have not already done so, please visit Human Resources (Bernstein-Marcus, 2nd
Floor, 781-736-4474) to complete the I-9 form (Employment Eligibility Verification).
Please visit http://www.brandeis.edu/humanresources/documents/I9.pdf for a list of
acceptable documents to determine employment eligibility.
Please note: you cannot be added to the Brandeis payroll until you have visited Human
Resources in person and completed this paperwork.
Human Resources will also provide information on:

A UNet account is also necessary if you wish to edit your page on the Faculty Guide.
