So Dakota:
Weekly Trends: Compared to last week slaughter lambs were steady to 8.00 lower,
except at San Angelo, TX firm to 5.00 higher. Slaughter ewes were steady to
10.00 higher. Feeder lambs were steady to as much as 15.00 lower. At San
Angelo, TX 3840 head sold in a one day sale. No sales in Equity Electronic
Auction. In direct trading slaughter ewes were not tested; feeder lambs
sharply lower. 5800 head of negotiated sales of slaughter lambs were 2.003.00 lower and 10,800 head of formula sales of carcasses under 55 lbs were not
well tested; 55-65 lbs were firm; 65-75 lbs were 9.00-10.00 lower; 75-85 lbs
were firm; 85-95 lbs were 10.00-12.00 lower and over 95 lbs were not well
tested. 7,119 lamb carcasses sold with 45 lbs and down 14.24 higher; 45-55
lbs 1.51 lower; 55-65 lbs .52 higher and 65 lbs and up .47-.54 lower. All
sheep sold per hundredweight (CWT) unless otherwise specified.

Ft. Collins: bred solid mouth 167.00-173.00 per head.
Billings:

no confirmed trades this week. Domestic clean wool and confirmed trades are reported
on a weighted average basis. Prices reflect trades FOB warehouse in original bag or
square pack, bellies out, some graded, and 76 mm or longer. No allowance made for
coring, freight or handling fees at the warehouse level to reflect net grower prices
(*) indicates new prices this week. (NA) represents microns not normally available in
this region. Wools shorter than 75 mm typically discounted .10-.20 clean. Classed
and skirted wools usually trade at a .10-.20 premium to original bag prices.

In Australia this week the Eastern Market Indicator was up 5 at 1059 cents per Kg
clean from last week. A total of 58,622 bales were offered with sales of 91.1
percent. The Australian exchange rate was stronger by .0047 at .8339 percent of the
U.S. dollar.
Australian wool prices are quoted delivered Charleston, South Carolina. The
current freight rate is .15 cents per pound clean. Schlumberger Dry formula is used
for yield determination.
The 75-85 percent of Australia price range can be used as an estimated value of
clean domestic prices FOB the warehouse and gross producer. These are estimated
domestic values and may vary depending on current market conditions, yield, strength,
length, colored fiber content, poly contamination, and other quality factors.
