Fred J. Jennings Memorial Fund Scholarship
As a special education teacher and student activities advisor for over three
decades, Fred Jennings modeled the values of leadership, pride, and character for
the students of Westlake High School. Through his example, Mr. Jennings not
only showed students the importance of those values, he also motivated students to
incorporate them in their daily lives.
