Houston, Nov. 2, 2012 – Come sail away with UH Dining
Services on a Caribbean-themed lunch in The Fresh Food
Company in Moody Towers and the RFoC in Cougar Woods on
Thursday, Nov. 8, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Cruise through our featured menus and warm up your
Caribbean spirit with a crispy fish platter at the Bistro station at the FFCo. or jerked chicken at the Home Line station at the
RFoC. Black beans, rice, fried plantains and collard greens will be served at both locations. We hope to see you there!
