METRO wants to hear from you. Apply to serve on our new METRO Customer Advisory
Committee and help us make a difference to our customers.
What will the Customer Advisory Committee do?
The Customer Advisory Committee will be representatives of the METRO service area
who can provide real world feedback on METRO topics including:
• New service delivery options
• Service changes/modifications
• Image and marketing campaigns
• Day-to-day operations of the Authority
• Ways METRO can improve the customer service experience
Apply for the METRO Customer Advisory Committee at RideMETRO.org. If
you are selected to participate, members of the committee will attend four-quarterly
meetings at the METRO Administration building (1900 Main Street).
Apply now – the deadline for applications is Wednesday, November 16, 2011.

Serving on the Customer Advisory Committee requires a time commitment that includes
attendance at a welcome/introductory meeting and all quarterly meetings. Meetings are
currently scheduled to be held on Wednesday, December 14, 2011, Wednesday,
February, 22, 2012, Wednesday, May 16, 2012, Wednesday, August, 15, 2012, and
Wednesday, November 14, 2012.
