Please provide your child’s name, grade and teacher’s name. If an absence is not reported, our policy is to call home to verify student absenteeism. A parent or guardian must sign out students who leave early. The parking spots are extremely limited, therefore, we ask that you not leave your car unattended in the driveway. Visitors to the school are asked to refrain from leaving vehicles unattended in the “Kiss and Ride” lane. This lane is intended for morning and lunch student drop off and not intended for pick up at dismissal time. Even when it appears to be insignificant, we try to inform parents of all reported head injuries at school. We do this in recognition of the potential danger of any injury involving the head area. Our intent is not to alarm you, but to keep you informed. Please remind your child to let a staff member know if they bump their head or if they get hurt at school.
