Summary:
The University of Houston Department of Public Safety will be implementing a crime prevention program in an effort to reduce the number of motor vehicle burgleries on campus. This program will include additional "Lock, Take, Hide" signage at the entrances to parking lots and within parking lost on campus at the Energy Research Park.
The signage will bring awareness to the crime prevention program and also assist in detering future crimes with the mindset that the University of Houston is prepared to take action in the event a criminal offense of this sort occurs.
