Licence conditions
The use of SelAction requires a licence. There are two types of licences; a licence for commercial purposes
and a licence for non-commercial purposes. Both types of licences require signing a licence agreement.
A licence for commercial purposes gives the licensee the right to use an unlimited number of copies of
SelAction within the "company", and there are no restrictions on the use of SelAction within the
"company". The licensee is not entitled to transfer SelAction to third parties. A licence for commercial
purposes can be obtained for EURO 5,000.
A licence for non-commercial purposes gives the licensee the right to use SelAction for non-commercial
purposes only. The licensee will have to sign an agreement that he/she is entitled to use SelAction only for
non-commercial purposes. The licensee is not entitled to transfer SelAction to third parties. A licence for
non-commercial purposes can be obtained by paying an administration fee of EURO 150, to cover the cost
of setting up a licence agreement.
