Commencement fees ($90.00) paid by CASH, DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD ONLY, the Red Commencement Form,
and Blue Valedictorian Nomination Form may be handed in to Mrs. Baldry in the Main office.
Tuesday, March 8th, 2016
Commencement fee of $90.00, Red Commencement Form and Blue Valedictorian Nomination Form are due.
You may submit the forms and money during Period 3a,c ONLY. A table will be set up in the café in front of the
Main office.

Last possible day to hand in the Commencement fee ($90.00), Red Commencement Form and Blue
Valedictorian Nomination Form. You may hand in the forms and money to Mrs. Baldry in the Main Office.

If you need extra tickets for Commencement, you can pick them up from the main office between 7:55 am to
8:15 a.m. Tickets are limited so come early.

Pick up your Commencement cap and gown from THE MAIN GYM, PERIOD 2 immediately after the Rehearsal!
You must show photo I.D. to receive your gown.
