Abstract Ethics Curriculum
Ethics learned from our cultural heritage is not uniform. Ethics learned from our experience or from the
experience of others is not uniform. Learning ethics by heritage or experience leads to expectations of
others’ behavior that leads to conflicts among our colleagues. What is needed is formal didactic training
from a uniform curriculum and clear code of ethics which we can all observe.
