Meeting Professionals International Forms New Business Partnership with the International Association of Exhibitions and Events DALLAS, December 8, 2015 — Meeting Professionals International (MPI) is pleased to announce it has formed a new business partnership with the International Association of Exhibitions and Events™ (IAEE). The agreement aims to leverage the two associations’ complementary business synergies and increase brand awareness to member audiences through MPI’s The Meeting Professional® magazine. “The partnership with IAEE is an opportunity for our associations to address the growing need for collaboration between the meeting, tradeshow and event principles,” said Paul Van Deventer, president and CEO of MPI. “Our memberships rely heavily on each other to be successful and we are honored to be able to offer The Meeting Professional as a channel to help bring our business communities together.” The Meeting Professional (TMP) is MPI’s member‐focused magazine delivering superior editorial content on meeting industry trends, opportunities and issues. Starting in January 2016, MPI will begin to distribute TMP to IAEE members as a full‐ digital, mobile‐friendly edition.
