Overview:
Working in groups of three or four, thoroughly research one of the Computer Network
topics given below. You will then present your topic to the class using a PowerPoint
presentation and also be responsible for producing a two-page handout summarizing the
key concepts of your topic.
Specific information pertaining to your topic must be covered as this material will
be covered in tests and/or your exam. Please ensure that you have covered the key
concepts (shown below in italics).

Assignment Instructions
1. Prepare a 20-30 minute PowerPoint seminar presentation. Your group is
responsible for teaching your assigned topic to the class. See attached Rubric
Assessment Sheet.
2. Using Word or Microsoft Publisher, produce an attractive and easy-to-read 2page handout summarizing your topic. A copy should be made available to each
student for study purposes. See attached Rubric Assessment Sheet.
