Elections are coming up at the end of March. The Exec will be meeting tonight and so next
week I'll inform you about the things we discussed.
Executive Vice President Kendrick Bryan
The Rally for Higher Education is two weeks from today. Check your email and Facebook for
any news. The Political Engagement Project is coming up to prepare for the November election
and they want us involved. I hope we can send people to the DNC and the RNC and the
inauguration. We will be doing more library development things and looking into more test prep
books this semester.
Administrative Vice President Devon Hilderbrandt
Hope you had great break. We will not be having an org aid meeting this week. Those on the
committee email me this week to let me know when you are free. If you want to join the
committee please send me an email when you are free and anyone can sit in if you ever need
to. Org aid will soon be getting short of money so tell those in clubs who are interested to apply
soon.
Speaker Kaylee Egerer
Welcome back! If you came in late talk to Rachel after the meeting. Be sure to go to committee
this week to get legislation generated for first read next week.
Staff Reports
Chief of Staff- Katie Stillwell
Welcome back, thanks Taylor for the article in the Herald. I will be working to appoint senators
to the university committees this semester. Thanks Andreu and Corey for doing the parking
appeals committee. Watch for emails from me. The office workers have new schedules and we
have more open gaps because we went from three workers to two. We will be trying to keep the
office open from 9-5ish. I will be working on moving the SGA when the ground floor closes in
DUC.
Director of Academic and Student Affairs -Travis Taylor
Hope you all had a good break. I will be working on transcript vouchers and Brittany has gotten
scholarship deadlines set.
IT Director- Cory Dodds
I did some minor updates on the website and the rally RSVP is online so make your reservation
and the new scholarship applications are online.
Director of Public Relations- Jane Wood
Speaker Egerer: Jane Wood has an internship this semester so she will no longer be our PR
director.
President Stephens: Shoot me an email if you are interested in filling the position.

meet with me if you are interested in my committee to set times for future meetings.

I would really appreciate more attendance this semester. Our meeting will be after this and
down the hall.

another DUC steering committee coming up soon. I will give you an update on that's fear the
meeting.
