Organizational Aid Appropriations Women’s Club Soccer Team,
Hilltopper Officials Association, and The Western Kentucky University
Microbiology Club
PURPOSE:
For the Student Government Association Of Western Kentucky University
to allocate $1,400 from the organizational aid fund to Women’s Club
Soccer Team, Hilltopper Officials Association, and The Western
Kentucky University Microbiology Club.
WHEREAS:
Organizational Aid is a beneficial service to the Student Organizations of
Western Kentucky University, and
WHEREAS:
The allocated funds will support specific student events on Western
Kentucky University’s main and regional campuses, and
WHEREAS:
Women’s Club Soccer Team has been recommended an allocation of
$400.00 to help pay for the entry fee for the first soccer tournament in
Georgia, this will be there first tournament that they have ever attended as
a club, and
WHEREAS:
Hilltopper Officials Association has been recommended an allocation of
$500.00 which will go towards the Battle of the Bluegrass Regional Flag
Football Tournament, funds raised will help offset costs of teams wanting
to enter into the tournament
WHEREAS:
Western Kentucky University Microbiology Club has been recommended
an allocation of $500.00 for succor in traveling to the CDC in Atlanta,
Georgia for this upcoming semester.
THEREFORE:
Be it resolved that the Student Government Association of Western
Kentucky University allocate the needed funds of $1400.00 to Western
Kentucky University student organizations.
