Discussed technology and recommendations about decisions to make as a whole.
Colleague (software) is not available to faculty. Should we allow access to
Colleague? Is there a need?

needs/changes.
ELumen which is a data holder has been used by Hartnell for a year now for PPA’s.

more of a computer issue. Renata Funke asked about the new Science Bldg re: hardware
and software. It would be nice to do a tour of the Science Bldg.
Steve Otero discussed use of VHS and converting to CDRom; need permission from
company due to copyright and close captioning policies. Dave Phillips suggested
that faculty check with deans to order CDs instead.
Renata Funke said this group can list what is going on? For faculty it may be hard due
To that they are in class and not available
Assessment Orientation – State mandate to lead. Online chat does work – online counselors
have FAQs built in and able to put links to make it interactive. Finding one to intergrate
would be hard.
