Books to be checked out only an as needed basis for make up work etc.
The Prentice Hall Reader AP Edition- one will be assigned to each student
Any fiction or non fiction book checked out or assigned for independent or class reading
Numbers will be recorded in teacher record book at time of distribution.
I hereby apply to check out a textbook or panel novel as needed and assume
responsibility for its care and return. Students will be charged for lost books or damage
to books. If a student receives a damaged book, it should be reported to the teacher
immediately.
