Background Information
• This was created in San Francisco for the San
Francisco Safe Driving Strategies know as the
TWIT Spotting Project.
• It’s a project in which if you are caught texting
and driving in the San Francisco area, a local
photographer would take a picture of you and
you would end up on the billboard.
• This was to try and shame and embarrasses
people of what they are doing and hope it will
stop them.
