Look what we did today!
Date: Tuesday, 02/23
Story:
At the art table today
the children made a shape
pizza. After putting
shapes on the pizza the
children counted each
shape and then wrote the
number. This helps the
children learn to connect
the number they count to
a printed number.
The morning class had
Jackson’s dad as a guest
reader today. He read Owen
and Green Eggs and Ham.
Letter of the week- S
We learned about the letter
S today and practiced it’s
sound. We used our letter of
the week software to find
pictures of items that start
with S.
Lilly’s mom read to the
afternoon class.
We also went to the upstairs
gym and learned the Hokey
Pokey.
