The 2015-16 members of Central Committee for Catholic School Councils (CCCSC) will meet at
7:00 p.m. in the Board Room at the Catholic Education (40 Matheson Boulevard West,
Mississauga). The Chair and the Vice-Chair will be elected from the parent representatives on
the CCCSC. The meeting is open to the public.

Training of Catholic School Council Executive Members


The Central Committee for Catholic School Councils (CCCSC) will hold its annual Training of
Catholic School Council Executive Members at St. Joseph S.S. (5555 Creditview Road,
Mississauga) at 8:30 a.m. on November 7th.
Training sessions will be offered for chairs and co-chairs, treasurers, secretaries, parish
representatives and O.A.P.C.E. representatives.
Pizza, milk, and subs
 parent A.Salvatore is assisting with milk lists
 ‘AM Delivery’ caters milk to our school
Lunch Moms
 Lunch Moms has started to provide lunches on Mondays at St Gregory’s
 63 orders on average
 Commission cheque will be received at end of November
 Lunch Moms runs out of Molisana’s
PROgrant
 Considering inviting Dr Dave back to the school
 Consider scheduling event on February 25th,2016
 Purpose of PROgrant is to support school based initiatives and to involve parents in school
community

 Lunch moms are donating 120 cookies that we can sell
 Consider setting up a Kids area - $2 to enter kids area e.g. magician
 Lifetouch –pictures with Santa
 Discussed selling donated books
 Sell snack food e.g. water, coffee, cookies
 Need to advertise for vendors on Kijiji
 Will need to borrow tables from another school
 $50 per vendor table
 Should advertise bazaar at school on Oct 19th voting day (St.Gregory is a polling station)
Grade 7 & 8’s fundraiser
 Tupperware will be sold to raise funds for Ottawa trip

 Discussed purchasing Terracotta cookie dough for a fundraiser
