Thirteen (13) reports were completed, three (3) reports were not submitted, and one (1) process whose implementation was to have been evaluated has not been developed. Of the thirteen (13) completed reports, eight (8) processes were implemented in the recent fiscal year and as stated in the completed template, four (4) processes were implemented in the recent fiscal year but not as stated in the completed template, and one (1) process was not implemented in the recent fiscal year.
