Each continuous improvement (CI) process has its own cycle, whether
implementation and hence evaluation occurs annually, every two years, or so on.
Progress is therefore measured relative to when each specific process was to
have been implemented and evaluated.
Seventeen (17) CI processes were to have been evaluated in summer 2015.
Thirteen (13) reports were completed, three (3) reports were not submitted, and
one (1) process whose implementation was to have been evaluated has not been
developed. Of the thirteen (13) completed reports, eight (8) processes were
implemented in the recent fiscal year and as stated in the completed template,
four (4) processes were implemented in the recent fiscal year but not as stated in
the completed template, and one (1) process was not implemented in the recent
fiscal year. Three (3) CI processes have not been developed.
