HARTNELL COMMUNITY COLLEGE DISTRICT
RESOLUTION NO. 15:14
WHEREAS, on November 6, 1979, the people of California passed Proposition 4, a
constitutional amendment requiring appropriation limits for State and local government units;
and
WHEREAS, Senate Bill 1352, Chapter 1205 of 1980, implements Proposition 4, and
requires the Board of Trustees to establish by resolution an appropriations limit each fiscal year
beginning with 1981-1982; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees has directed that the appropriations for the fiscal year
2015-2016 be developed in accordance with the provisions of Senate Bill 1352; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees hereby
establishes a fiscal year 2015-2016 appropriations limit of $45,341,605.
