Reading: Read an AR
book or any book you
may have at home for 20
minutes. Complete a
mind map for four
vocabulary words you do
not know. Use your own
paper to draw extra
mind maps, if needed.
Physical Education:
Make sure that you
complete 30 minutes of
aerobic exercise.
Aerobic exercise gets
your heartrate up.
Examples might include:
jogging, walking at a
quick pace, sledding
(as long as you are
walking back up hill),
riding your bicycle,
playing tag in the
yard, building a
snowman, etc. Log your
activity and time in
your PE log that is
stapled in the back of
your agenda.
English: Write 8 “your age”
sentences. For example, if
you are 11, write an 11 word
sentence. Label NOUNS,
VERBS, ADJECTIVES, and
ADVERBS.
Math: Complete the
review sheet
entitled iHome –
Larkin Math- Day 2.
Health: Keep track
of what you ate for
24 hours. Jot down
each food and
decide which food
group that food
belongs in. Write
2 observations that
you notice of your
log.
Social Studies:
Use the link
www.scope.scholastic.com
and read an article. Use
the password kneesrain
to hear an article
online. Write down five
vocabulary words you do
not know and write the
definition.
Writing:
Write a 3.8
paragraph
summarizing what
you have just read
in your reading
time.
Science:
Draw a sketch of a
robot that could be
used in your home
to solve a problem.
