Post-award administration: Budgeting: Establish budget in the Colleague system; provide salary and benefit information; provide monthly budget reports; mid-year budget review templates Accounting: payroll; accounts payable; accounts receivable; financial controls; process budget transfers/revisions and expenditure transfers; approve service contracts (before work is performed) Financial reporting on program expenditures and cost share compliance Collecting copies of Time and Effort Certifications GROWING LEADERS Opportunity.
