December After-School Book Club
Monday, December 10th
(immediately after school until 4:00)
Natalie Ziarnik, a children’s librarian at the Ela Library,
will read from her first picture book,
Madeleine’s Light: A Story of Camille Claudel. She
will lead the students in learning simple French words
and creating a clay bird sculpture. Kids will also get to
enjoy a French treat to top off the experience. We
hope you can join us, s’il vous plaît!
All ages welcome. $2 participation fee.
If you would like to buy the book, please indicate on
the form below and include $15 for each copy of the
book you would like to purchase. The author is willing
to autograph the books during the event.
If your child would like to participate, please complete and return the form below by 11/30/12.

Monday, December 10th from 2:50 – 4:00. Enclosed is $2 to cover the cost of the activity (cash or check
made out to Seth Paine PTO). I will arrange for my child to be picked up at 4:00.
