 Manage 14 staff in each state. Organize 20 events per year, with an average of 100 attendees, with 12 Congressional officials.
 Cultivate relationships with key senior business leaders, Congressional officials in 14 states on behalf of CARE. Persuaded key
officials in states to publicly support CARE’s agenda through events, including Congressmen Julian Castro and Keith Ellison.
 Design and implement a regional strategy to recruit, educate, and mobilize a diverse constituency dedicated to CARE’s agenda.
 Ghostwrite op-eds for advocates on clean energy, women’s issues and food security to be published.

 Hired and managed a team of 3 staff and 30 volunteers, along with consultants and vendors to implement a citywide campaign.
 Spoke at over 170 super neighborhood, political, and civic club meetings across the city of Houston and built strong relationships
with African American, Hispanic, and other elected officials and community leaders.
 Earned the much coveted endorsement of the Houston Chronicle along with endorsements from 40 other organizations.
 Raised over $170,000 dollars in 6 months by building a strong and diverse donor base from scratch.
 Earned over 35,000 votes on Election Day from diverse constituencies across the City of Houston.

 Gained support of key Republican Congressional leaders previously opposed to the International Affairs Budget through over a
year of work with their staff. Hosted first event Senator Kelly Ayotte headlined in her state in support of the foreign aid budget.
