ADULT INVOLVEMENT/VOLUNTEER INFORMATION SHEET

We NEED YOU to be involved with the spring musical. Our students have better production, social,
and dining experiences with adult & family assistance! Please know that your help is valuable and
appreciated in the areas listed below; but, at the high school level the effort is made to have students
learn skills and explore their talents in areas that adults frequently handle on the middle school level.
Time usually doesn’t allow us to contact everyone individually to participate the activities for which
you sign-up below. Mrs. Roney will send out e-mails announcing activities or planning
meetings. If you are interested, please show up whether you originally signed-up for the
activity or not. If you cannot make a particular event or organizing meeting, please e-mail Mrs.
Roney with your contact information and this will be passed to the people organizing the activity. Any
ideas or suggestions, e-mail Mrs. Roney (roneya@npenn.org).
Please take the time to complete this survey, sign it, and return the bottom portion by FRIDAY,
FEBRUARY 12 to the designated box in F41! You can also “sign-up” at ANY TIME by
responding to Mrs. Roney’s e-mail calls for help throughout the spring! Please make sure we
have your current e-mail for updates and notices.
PLEASE NOTE: AS OF JANUARY 1, 2016, ALL VOLUNTEERS WHO HAVE ONE-ON-ONE
CONTACT WITH STUDENTS MUST HAVE FULL CLEARANCES OR YOU CANNOT
PARTICIPATE IN THE ACTIVITY. Go to http://www.npenn.org/Domain/1323 or North Penn

If you are not clear on whether you need clearances for the volunteer jobs you do OR plan to do for
NPHS Theatre, please see Mrs. Roney OR contact the NPSD District Offices at the Educational
Services Center (ESC) at 215.368.0400 and ask the receptionist to connect you to the proper
department.
Keep a copy of ALL forms you submit, so we can show the NPSD (and/or the State) that you have
applied for clearances. With the new law, there is going to be backlog processing submissions.

& OF THE COMPLETED FORM FOR YOUR RECORDS!
