Senior Associate Dean of Faculty and Research.
 Registration will not be complete and no credit will be given unless this form is completed and filed in the Registrar’s Office
prior to the start of the quarter.
 You are still responsible for the activity fee when taking this course.
 Students cannot use a paid project, job or Internship as the proposed curriculum for a Master’s Reading Course.
