Directions
1. Please review the Waiver of Core Courses Policy found on the Simon School web site.
2. Take and pass the Simon STR401 waiver exam. Student Services will coordinate the exam date.
3. You must remain full-time status (9 or more credit hours/quarter) for financial aid and International Services Office purposes.
4. You will be registered by the Registrar’s Office for the lab associated with STR401 in the first term for one credit hour at no charge.
A grade of “S” Pass will be assigned to the lab. This combined with any other elective offered at Simon will make up the 4 credits for
the waived course.
5. Please return this form to the Registrar’s Office, 305 Schlegel Hall before the first day of class.
