Your goals…

Design a recognizable, visually interesting logo using your name or initials.
Create a stamp using the logo that will be used to “sign” your work this year.
Develop and/or enhance a basic understanding of press mold making.
Become aware of how visual elements affect the success of our work.
Key points…
 The logo must be unique and interesting. Really try to experiment with the design.
How can you link your initials together? Is there a unique way to write you
name?
 Be sure to consider the size. Drawings can be resized using a copier or scanner and
computer but the stamp should be a size that is functional. Think 1”x1”!!!
 Does your image need to be reversed?
 You must make a usable stamp that will mark each project you complete.
