 Assist the Director of Athletic Ticketing in the day to day operations of a Division I athletic ticket office
 Use Paciolan on a daily basis to perform tasks including but not limited to:
o Sell tickets and miscellaneous items to customers
o Process voids and exchanges
o Run season ticket renewals
o Allocate seats
o Manipulate event and price information
o Print and mail single game and season tickets
o Run reports
o Create new seasons and events
 Facilitate game day ticketing operations

 Exclusively responsible for the ticketing and game day operations of Women’s Volleyball and Women’s Basketball
 Settle, balance, and reconcile income from the previous day’s ticket sales
 Create deposit forms daily using a transaction summary report, to send revenue from the previous day’s sales to the
Cashiering Department
 Administering petty cash to athletic department staff for use in outings, camps, and starting cash for merchandise sales
 Manage a team of ushers who administer aid and customer service to fans for ticketed and special events
 Help the marketing and corporate relations departments as well as the WMU Alumni Office with special discounts or
promotions that will be offered through the ticket office
 Run the registration for all WMU team camp
 Provide exceptional customer service in person and via phone
