September 26th, 2014 Dear Parents/Guardians, The fall concert for choir has been scheduled for October 23rd at 6 pm in the high school gym. As the class syllabi stated, any concert is the culmination of months of hard work and the attendance of this concert is a significant portion of your child’s grade in this class. Students will need to be in the highschool gym, ready to warm-up at 5:30. In addition, students have required clothing for the concert, which includes the choir polo (Mrs. Mills will finish the shirts before the concert), khaki pants, and nice shoes. If attempts have been made to get the correct clothing and you still do not think you will have them, just wear as nice pants and shoes as possible. If getting a ride to the concert is an issue, students may stay after school with me until the concert (they will need to bring their concert wear to school or wear it the whole day). If you decide to do this, please send me a note to let me know that you have given your child permission to do this. Any absence from the concert is counted as a zero, unless I have been notified of an excused absence beforehand. Please make every effort to have your child at the concert. I am proud of all they have accomplished in such a short period of time and I am looking forward to sharing their success. Thank you, Christina Stanfield September 26th, 2014 Dear Parents/Guardians, The fall concert for choir has been scheduled for October 23rd at 6 pm in the high school gym.
