Jennifer Crawford, MSN, MS, CCRN Jennifer Crawford is the Clinical Manager for multiple nursing units, including Postpartum Mother Baby, Special Care Nursery, Labor and Delivery, and a GYN Outpatient/Observation Unit at Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital in Charleston, South Carolina. Jennifer earned her MSN in Nursing Leadership through Jacksonville University and her BSN from the Medical University of South Carolina. She also holds a Bachelors in Biology from Francis Marion University and a Masters in Exercise Science for Cardiac Rehabilitation from the University of South Carolina. She began her career as an Exercise Physiologist in Cardiac Rehab, where she recognized her passion for nursing. During her 16 year nursing career, she has managed multiple ICU units, Chest Pain Observation, Bone Marrow Transplant with Outpatient Oncology, and a hospital wide Rapid Response Team. Her leadership experiences include collaboration on a successful Intensivist Program implementation, an integrated Rapid Response and Stroke Team, successful co-chair for Chest Pain Center with PCI Accreditation renewals from the Society of Cardiovascular Patient Care, and national recognition from the AACN at NTI for Zero VAPS in SICU in 2012. She is certified as a Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN). She has been recognized with the Palmetto Gold in 2011 for her effective leadership skills within the ICU setting. She also received a nomination for her induction to the Sigma Theta Tau Honor Society for Nursing Leadership in 2011. In 2014 she received a Medical Society of South Carolina Scholarship and a Roper St. Francis Nursing Scholarship for her continued education in Nursing Leadership.
