Costs Associated with Participation
in Extracurricular Activities Policy
Costs associated with participation in extracurricular programs or organizations are the
sole responsibility of the student’s parent or guardian. Any money owed to the school
must be paid by the due date set by the coach or organization advisor. If a parent or
guardian can not pay the full amount, a payment plan will be developed. If the parent or
guardian does not pay according to the payment plan schedule or refuses to pay money
owed after receiving written notification that the amount is still outstanding, the student
will not be allowed to participate in any extracurricular activities until the amount owed
is paid in full. Legal action may result if payment is not made in full within one year.
