The RCN South West region presents a free
learning event for senior nurses, RCN members
and non-members working in the independent
sector to celebrate nursing past, present and
future.
If you are a senior nurse, matron or clinical
manager in the independent sector, this event is
for you.
Delegates will receive an update on changes to
employment law, consider nursing staff pay in the
independent sector, develop an understanding of
the RCN Healthy Workplace, Healthy You toolkit
and explore the RCN Ask, Listen, Act toolkit to
explore how this could be used as an early warning
tool in the workplace.
