our school will earn a profit while you receive the entire value of the gift card!

for your trip . . .when the bill comes due – you have the cards ready to use!
 Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts junkie? Grab a Manna Card to use throughout
the month!
To order, simply fill out the reverse side of this form. Send full payment by check
payable to Sarah Adams PTO. You have two options to choose from for delivery –
pick up in school office or have your order sent home with your child (cards will
be in a sealed envelope marked with your family name).

HOW DOES MANNA WORK?
You select a gift card from the vendor list that you would like to purchase. You write your check
for the face value of that gift card. You will receive the gift card and our school will receive a
percentage in return.
For example:
1. I want a $100 Jewel gift card to use on groceries.
2. I send in an order form along with my check for $100 made payable to Sarah Adams
PTO. On delivery day, I will receive my $100 Jewel gift card.
3. Sarah Adams will receive 4% (or $4.00) in fundraising. You can see how much the school
will receive for your orders by looking at the “Discount” column on the Manna Express
Order Form.
The great thing about Manna is I can buy gift cards just as I would in the store and the
