FOOD SERVICE GUIDELINES
ELEMENTARY School Students: If your child’s
lunch account reaches a negative $10.00 balance,
the principal’s office will notify you and a request
will be made for payment in full. The student will
be allowed to have a negative account balance up
to a maximum dollar equivalent of $15.00. After
accumulating a negative account balance of
$15.00, if the student still does not have money to
pay for lunch and has an outstanding balance,
he/she will receive an alternate lunch (i.e., cold
cheese sandwich, fruit and milk) and the cost
($2.00; $.40 reduced) will also be charged to the
student’s lunch account.
