RECORDING FLAIR CONTRACT ID AND BOOKKEEPING INDICATOR Z
This memorandum supersedes Agency Addressed Memorandum No.54 (2011- 2012).
The Department of Financial Services has completed the Florida Accounting Information
Resource (FLAIR) programming changes to provide additional FLAIR voucher types, so that
certain contractual service payments will be subject to the FLAIR Statistical Sampling Table.
State agencies can now record the FLAIR Contract ID without using the Bookkeeping Indicator
“Z”. Contractual service payments will be subject to the FLAIR Statistical Sampling Table and
the FLAIR Contract ID will print on the vouchers.
