RECORDING FLAIR CONTRACT ID AND BOOKKEEPING INDICATOR Z
The Department of Financial Services is in the process of implementing FLAIR programming
changes to provide additional FLAIR voucher types, so that certain contractual service payments
will be subject to the FLAIR Statistical Sampling Table. These programming changes are
expected to be completed in late July 2012.
Until those FLAIR programming changes are implemented, we request that state agencies record
into FLAIR the FLAIR Contract ID with the Bookkeeping Indicator “Z” so that certain small
dollar contractual service payments will be subject to sampling.
Note: The FLAIR Contract ID will not print on the vouchers.
