loop every 15 minutes from Hyatt to Gleason Hall (drop-off on Wilson
Blvd. opposite Schlegel Hall) until 8:30 a.m.
5:00 p.m.
Buses arrive at University of Rochester (pick-up on Wilson Blvd.
opposite Schlegel Hall) for departure to Hyatt Regency Hotel
5:15 p.m.
Buses depart University of Rochester for Hyatt Regency Hotel
6:30 p.m.
Buses arrive at Hyatt Regency Hotel
6:45 p.m.
Buses depart Hyatt Regency Hotel for dinner,
Memorial Art Gallery, 500 University Avenue (585) 276-8900
9:45-10:30 p.m.
Buses depart Memorial Art Gallery for Hyatt Regency Hotel and will
loop continuously between MAG and Hyatt until 10:30 p.m.
Saturday, October 17
NOTE: On Saturday, please do not leave any luggage on the bus. All luggage will
be stored in Gleason Hall.
7:00-8:30 a.m.
