PAC I F I C U N I O N C O L L E G E Creative Arts Scholarship 2016-2017 Visual Arts Application Application Deadline: March 2, 2016 There are five renewable $3,000 scholarships available to incoming visual arts majors who are new to PUC. I. Application Procedures Please complete this application and mail it with the following items: 1. One letter of recommendation. The letter should be written by a teacher, pastor, counselor, or a person who can assess your character as well as your academic performance. The letter may not be written by anyone related to you and does not have to refer to your artistic ability in particular. 2. Eight samples of your artwork. Please number the works and list each with the title, medium and year of creation on the back of this form. Please send digital works (1200 x 1500 pixels wide) on compact disc (pdf or jpg), or email attachments sent to art@puc.edu. 3. A written statement of purpose (see back page for what to include.) 4. All application materials must be postmarked on or by March 2, 2016.
