All students applying for financial aid are strongly advised to complete a 2015-2016 Free Application
for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to take advantage of the federal, state and institutional funds that
are available. If you have completed a FAFSA, please do not submit this form.
The Alternative Loan Budget Form is required for students who are applying for an alternative loan
that is over $10,000 and are declining all other financial aid. The data collected is used to calculate
your cost of education.
