About Paul P. Kaminsky
I am a retired US Army Officer who honorably served our country for 22 years. I am currently a small
business owner and a Plano ISD substitute teacher who works primarily with our special education
students at Carpenter Middle School. I graduated from Cape Henlopen High School in Lewes, Delaware.
I hold the following degrees: Masters of Business Administration, BS Law Enforcement Administration,
and an AAS Criminal Justice. My wife, Donna, currently works in Dallas for GEICO. I have two daughters
Katie and Alex. Katie, my youngest, is a student at University of Texas, Dallas studying to be a doctor.
My oldest daughter, Alex is an attorney in Los Angeles. Both my daughters graduated from Plano East
Senior High School.
