We provide EQP to the Plano ISD which is the last column price per our catalogs and
website. In addition, we offer a ”Reward Your School Program”. This program will earn a
3% credit of the total purchases for each school year to be used for Crown Trophy-Plano
orders during the following school year.

No set-up fee, free custom artwork, no minimum order requirement, free sample, free
custom order forms, free shipping & handling.
Discount is 0-15% depending on what vendor is used.
Our catalog is already discounted for schools.
Our pricing is net pricing with quantity price breaks that equate to a 5% to 15% discount per
price break. There are no added charges for art, set-up, digitizing, shipping or 2xl and 3xl
sizes. On most screen printed shirts we give 5 free shirts for every 50 ordered. Our normal
shipping time is 3 to 5 working days for screen printed garments and 10 working days for
embroidered garments.
Discount may be more than 10 percent depending on quantity of items ordered. Order
may qualify for discounted embroidery or reduction of digitizing fee for custom designs
Your discount will be based on quantity and price of apparel and services. For example, if
you order 100 t's, it is much less expensive than if you order 10 t's.

Example: The number of colors,(for silk screening), and the stitch count (for embroidery)

This price applies only to the price of the blank goods as shown in the catalog. Decoration
prices are determined by the number of colors or the complexity of the art work and will be
added to the discounted price of the item.
Quantity Based Pricing.
Spectrum is prepared to work at the individual school level or at district level. Small
quantities will be bid aggressively. Spectrum can provide an E commerce site for both
schools or district whereby individual items can be ordered for retail through a web portal.
