Year 2 you may choose to go with 3 options for support:
Option 1: No support. Customer is responsible for all systems hardware and software. Hourly
help is available, hardware will be repaired for parts and labor
Option 2: Unlimited 24/7 support phone and remote login. This is $249 per terminal per year.
Hardware repairs will be charged parts & labor
Option 3: HotSwap including 24/7 support. All software and POS terminal will be replaced via
FedEx overnight at no cost to the customer if support can’t fix it remotely. $399 per terminal
per year.
